Miniskirts

First popularized in the 1960s, this trend was born against the clothing standards of post-war fashion. It quickly became a youth culture movement and experienced a resurgence in the late 90s and early 2000s, and now, the mini skirt is back again.

With the miniskirts being so popular this season, prepare yourself because you will find them for cold days too.

Whether it's a pleated skirts, tweed, satin, ruffled or leather, paired them with a cropped tee, a button-down top, an oversize blazer or a cardigan. There’re so many fashion-forward ways to style the must-buy piece.

Square neck dresses

Squared neckline is all about geometrical cut, however, it delicately highlights the shoulders and décolletage without being rude or lewd.

It has appeared in combination with voluminous pieces, as the straight lines of the neckline balances the round and puffy sleeves or balances the midi and maxi length.

The shape is so simple and sophisticated plus it works with most body types. Although it’s quite chic to leave the neckline as it is, you can always style it with layered necklaces that are oval in shape, or get creative with earrings instead.

Crochet

Thanks to the pandemic, we've seen a rise in handmade and DIY fashion, so there’s no surprise with this major comeback for crochet pieces. Already seen on the runways, colorful, retro fabric back into the limelight crochet is both sexy and eccentric.

This renewed interest in crochet is popular for accessories, like hats, as well as for full looks, the homemade look of crochet brings a cozy touch. Go for long dresses styled with a big hat to be ready for this summer look!

Open backs

One of the most feminine, sensual and mysterious trends, bare backs are the perfect way to show a glimpse of skin for those who tend to prefer keeping their legs, décolletage or waist under wraps.

Opt for a subtle, billowing fabric for a more tentative take, or go full-throttle via strapped, form-fitting pieces. Is all about balance, mixing oversized with fitted clothing.

Sheer pieces

The sheer trend isn't for everyone…However, this season there are many levels of exposure you can choose from! This season brings a range of cool new ways to embrace the trend if you've been waiting for the right one, try to use soft, see-through chiffons, tulles and organzas.
